Rush Off-Road is set on a 7000 acre tract of land that aims to provide fun, safe, and friendly off-roading experiences to any and all off-road enthusiasts, no matter their experience level. With over 100 miles of trails in total, there is something for everyone.

Offroad Trails near Ashland, KY
A great thing about Rush Off-Road is the sheer amount of variety they have to offer when it comes to their trails. The park contains a total of two separate trail systems: the 3 Pole system and the 4 Mile System. There are maps of both trail systems on their website.
Each individual trail has been separated into different categories, which are as follows:
- Easy
- Medium
- Hard
- Rock Crawl
- Motorcycle
Each trail is marked clearly, allowing visitors to find the right trail with ease. While both systems contain trails of every category, the 4 mile system contains more easy trails than its counterpart, which may appeal to those new to off-roading adventures.
Special Events
If you are considering paying a visit to Rush Off-Road, you’ll be happy to know that on top of providing a plethora of off-roading opportunities, they hold special events periodically from spring to fall.
These events can include a host of entertainment, including special events such as hill climbing or mud hole contests for cash prizes. In addition, these events can include:
- Rig build competitions
- Vehicle racing
- Special shopping vendors
- Food Trucks from the surrounding area
- Music Performances

Permits and Rentals
The off-road park does require each vehicle to purchase a permit. They offer a variety of permits depending upon your needs.
The pricing is as follows:
- $30/day
- $45/week
- $99 season pass
There are a few things that should be noted about the permits. The season pass is valid from January 1st to December 31st of the calendar year. While a permit can be good for two vehicles, only one vehicle per permit is allowed into the park at a time. Permits can be purchased online ahead of time.
As far as rentals are concerned, Rush Off-Road doesn’t offer any vehicle rentals. The closest ATV rental store, Premier Powersports Rental, is in Louisa, KY, about a 40 minute drive from the park.
