QUESTION: How much is it to stay here?
Varies from site to site. All pricing includes up to 8 guests per site. Each site pricing comes with access to the lake activities (Beach, Waterslide, Zipline, Fishing) for 4 guests. EVERYONE MUST CHECKIN TO THE OFFICE PRIOR TO HEADING TO A CAMPSITE. EVEN WHEN JUST VISITING. Each guest after that will have an additional charge. Nightly sites range from $50 a night up to $59 a night and also two larger sites for $68 a night. We do have weekly and monthly rates. The longer you stay, the less per night you pay.

QUESTION: Where are you located?
We are located at 12533 Virginia Blvd in Ashland KY in the Paul Coffey Industrial Park off of old US60. We are 3 minutes from I64. Walmart, gas stations and restaurants. Yes you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere but everything is within 5 minutes of our location. Plus, the amazing CAMP LANDING ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT is also just a few minutes from us. They have indoor putt putt, go-carts, rollercoasters, bowling, AXE THROWING, food, drinks and more!
QUESTION: What is your refund policy?
Cancellations made 30days before arrival will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations at no more that 14 days before arrive will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations outside of those dates will not receive any type of refund. Inclement weather or water park status will not warrant a refund.
QUESTION: Do you have full hook ups?
Yes. All of our camper sites have 20/30/50amp pedestals. City water hookups. City sewer connections.
QUESTION: Do you have WIFI?
Yes. We have a fiber optic line ran to our office. We have 5 repeating towers placed around the campsites. It is monitored by Labtronics.
QUESTION: Can anyone use the beach, waterslide, zipline or fishing pond?
You have to stay here, to play here. We do not have a public bathhouse at the moment so per Health Department Regulations we are not able to allow the public to enter. Meaning our activities are only open to guests staying at our RV Park in their own camper or in one of our 9 rental campers.
QUESTION: Do you have weekly and monthly rates?
Yes, we have weekly and monthly rates. They vary from site to site and also our rentals are on a different rate scale. PLEASE CALL FOR THOSE RATES.
QUESTION: Do you allow primitive camping like in tents, truck top campers and hammocks?
No we, do not. At the moment we are a "Self-Contained" RV PARK without a bath-house so we do not allow primitive camping. Except when say kids would like to pop a tent next to their parents' camper.
QUESTION: Can we have guests visit our campsite?
All guests must check-in at the office. If wishing to participate in the water park they may need to pay the daily, weekly or monthly guest fees. They must sign our waiver form. If caught visiting without following these procedures, even if it's for a few minutes, the guest account will be charged for any fees that may apply.
QUESTION: Do you allow dogs?
Yes, we allow dogs. All dogs must stay on a leash (no greater than 6") at all times. No tie outs allowed. No dogs are allowed on the beach or in the water at any time. All dog doodoo must be picked up immediately. If dogs are left in your camper while you're gone and the continually bark, we may ask you to leave if it can't be stopped. There will be no refunds.
